Hasibat Holding Company (HHC) was established in 1983 as a Kuwaiti closed shareholding company and listed in Kuwait Stock Exchange since 1987 under the name Kuwait Computer Company (Hasibat) with an initial capital of USD 18.75 Million. However, in March 2004, Kuwait Computer Company (Hasibat) was restructured and the name changed to Hasibat Holding Company (HHC) with the same capital of Hasibat, USD 18.75 Million.

HHC was formed with the aim to be a regional diversified holding company and strategic investor in services that focuses on information technologies for various industries.

Kuwait Computer Company (Hasibat) began providing IT solutions & services in Kuwait & the region since 1983. In April 2004, HHC established a new company called Hasibat Information Technologies Co. (HIT), a 100% owned by Hasibat Holding Company, to take over Kuwait Computer Company activities to continue providing IT solutions & services.

Gulf Business Forms Co. (GBF): Established in 1976 with a capital of 400,000 KD, a 100% owned by Hasibat Holding Company (previously owned by Kuwait Computer Company). The company’s major activity is manufacturing continuous and pre-printed computer forms.

Gulf TradaNet (GTN): Established in 2006, is a state-of-the-art Online Trading Community (E-Marketplace) on behalf of the Federation of Gulf Chambers of Commerce (FGCCC ) to the GCC business community, offering services such as e-Procurement Marketplace, B2C Showroom, GCC Information Services, Trade Leads, Auctions & Tenders, Hosted Services, Document Exchange Services.

Hasibat-COM: Established in 2006, with a strategic vision to be a leading, next generation communication service provider in Kuwait. It is focused towards acquisition and investment in telecommunication projects, run them, redevelop the asset into higher and better use and place it into productive service as quickly as possible.

HHC is 51% owned by Arabi Holding Group, one of the largest and leading companies in Kuwait.
