Hamed
Al-Bassam
Chairman
 Mr.
Hamed Al-Bassam is an experienced executive with
a broad background in a range of high technology
market segments. Over the past 25 years, he has
successfully managed various businesses and
developments. Apart from being the Chairman of
Hasibat Holding Company, Mr. Hamed Al-Bassam is
also currently the Vice Chairman of Arabi
Holding Group. He has been awarded many
certificates for his efforts and achievements
from The Commercial Studies College, Kuwait,
Africa Society (Public Relation Department) and
The Salmiya Sports Club and Quality Management
System - ISO 9001-Awareness. Mr. Hamed Al-Bassam is
also the member of Kyan General Trading Company.

Mr. Siraj Al-Baker
Vice Chairman
Mr. Siraj Al-Baker has more than 30 years of
experience in the areas of investment banking,
trading and services. He graduated from
Wisconsin University; USA in 1975 with a
Bachelor’s Degree of Arts specialized in
Political Science and International Relations.
(Economic and Commercial Phase)Mr. Al-Baker
started his professional career with Kuwait
Foreign Trading Contracting & Investment co. (KFTCIC)
in 1979, after which he moved to Kuwait
International Investment Co. (KIIC) where he
became Deputy General Manager for Treasury,
Syndication & Credit in New issues department
and promoted the Kuwaiti Dinar Bond Market too.
He joined Arab banking Corp. (ABC) – Bahrain in
1985 and gradually became Managing Director of
ABC, the main Investment banking subsidiary. In
addition, Al-Baker was honored with the post of
Deputy General Manager in Ahli Bank. During the
Kuwait invasion he managed the bank’s activities
from London. Prior to joining as a partner for
Al-Mashoura International Consulting, Mr.
Al-Baker was the General Manager for
International Investment Projects Co. a real
estate and publicly-listed company.
Mr. Al-Baker has been awarded many
certificates for his efforts and achievements;
he has served several boards plus, he is a
member of various business associations in
Kuwait and abroad as well.

Mr.
Basil Al-Mousherji
Board Member
Mr.
Basil Al Maousherji is a Graduate in ‘Management
& Marketing’ from Manhattan Ville College, White
Plains – New York. He is associated with the
M/s. Maousherji Group for more than a decade and
is also working as a ‘Purchase Manager’ in M/s.
Gulf Paper Manufacturing Company. He joined
Arabi Company as an ‘Executive Director’ in June
2002.

Tareq M. Sager Al-Maousherji
Board Member
Mr.
Tareq Al Maousherji is a Bachelor of Law from
Kuwait University and has more than 20 years
experience in effective decision-making. Apart
from being the Managing Director of Arabi
Company, Mr. Tareq Al Maousherji is also
presently holding senior executive management
position; General Manager & Managing Director of
Gulf Paper Manufacturing Company, General
Manager of Ali Al Rashed & Partners Co., Board
Member of Rawdha & Hawally Co-operative Society,
Partner of Al Mashora Legal Consultants. He is
also the Member of Kuwaiti Lawyers Society.

Nizar Al-Ghraiba
Board Member
Mr.
Al Gharibeh is a Graduate in Computer
Engineering from UCF (University of Central
Florida – Orlando) and with more than 27 years
of experience in diversified fields. He has also
served as a ‘Consultant’ for many private
projects towards the development of Hardware and
Software Applications and experience in IT
before joining Arabi Company in April 2002. He
is a member of Kuwait Society of Engineers.

Mr.
Salem A. Al-Ghadhoori
Board Member & General
Manager
Mr.
Salem holds a Bachelor Degree in Computer
Engineering and Electronics Communication from
the Southern University's A&M College in
Louisiana, USA. Currently a member of Project
Management Institute (PMI), USA and American
Society for Quality (ASC). Mr. Salem completed
his higher studies from Kuwait University. He
also participated in many regional and
international specialized activities. All that
will positively and professionally reflect
the development and management of Hasibat
Holding Company and its continuous strategies
to serve and provide all customers with new
technology and IT needs in the Kuwait and GCC
markets
